With Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum levels of support, we can provide your company with the peace of mind knowing you have a team of trained IT experts monitoring your systems and responding before you need to call. Each support level contract provide a fixed price for remote / telephone support and reduced price on-site support within defined service levels. Ensuring your able to concentrate on running your business instead of attending to issues with your IT. As we monitor your systems we include will make recommendations that will allow you to budget for future upgrades and projects ensuring you in full control of your IT budgets.
When required we offer onsite support/consultancy days which can be purchased with the support contract to spread the cost or ad-hoc support days for specific projects when required.
